And from the apartment there's a very good access to the center of Warsaw. The rent rules: - PLN 3500 of DEPOSIT to be paid immediately on the day of the contract being signed (the deposit is to be reimbursed after the contract is finished). - PLN 1590 of RENT, paid in advance for the first month (and consequently & regularly for every next month) - PLN 400 COMMON EXPENSES, to be paid regularly and each month, upon the monthly invoice date. - all OTHER EXPENSES (electricity, gas, water) that are being used, will be required to be paid regularly and on time, accordingly to the invoices quotas and dead-lines dates.
